A few months ago (March I think), I went to the gun show in Alexandria,LA. One of the weapons I purchased was a Hi Point 380 for the little lady. Turned out that the piece wouldn't eject spent casings - it had been gouged on the slide opposite from the ejection key. I was going to send it in to Hi Point for repair/replacement. I never got around to it. At the beginning of this month, a few of us guys from the Louisiana Home Guard were meeting up at the gun show. I, of course, was inside browsing the selection of gear. I saw the guy who sold me the 380. So I went outside to the truck (I took it with me just in case he was there) and retrieved the firearm. I took it in and discussed the problem with said vendor. This guy replaced the pistol - an even trade. I'm glad to know there are honest shopkeepers out there. Dead Eye Dave is a shining example of American business ethics.
