It lets you put all these doo-dads on there and what not, but does nothing to make it a carbine because the velocity of the bullet is still the same. I guess for a house entry it would make your pistol a better weapon but you don't have to own just one damn gun.

Its gotta be the reciever thats registered so it would be 200 per gun that you want to use.

How many time have you guys seen the one from Glock in the US ?????? IIRC there is also a version for Tanfoglio, CZ and also the Caracal pistol has one for it

They stated in the video that the butt-stock was for LE only. IDK is the little thingy in front is considered a vertical grip.
