In my recent Midwest travels I scored 2200 rds of 7.62x51mm milsurp. 1000 rds FNM Portuguese and 1200 rds of RG Radway Green. Both headstamps are known good Milsurp however both are Berdan primed so are not "practical" to reload. I couldn't "roll my own" for the price I paid so I made out pretty good.

I had spent all day Friday at the range (8:00 am to 6:30 pm) with a friend who lives in St. Louis. I was then planning to head home Saturday (about 700 miles straight down I-55) When I found out about this ammo. Only problem was the seller preferred to sell it face to face and this guy was a farmer in BFE Illinois about 225 miles in the opposite direction :eek3: The guy made it worth my time to pick up the stuff in person. I still had to be back in Louisiana for Sunday so I had no choice but to drive home. I didn't get home until after midnight... man that was a long day.
