Any FAL experts out there?

I picked up a CAI FAL .308 and looking for some information on it.
Wanting to identify the markings, any upgrades, reading sources, value and anything else about these since this is my first one.
I can supply pictures if someone can help, just tell me what you need pictures of to help.
