Anybody know any reputable transmission shops in Ascension Parish?

Looks like the wife's Mountaineer has taken a transmission dump. Not sure if it is toast or just some electronic control problem. Anybody know a reputable transmission guy in Ascension parish or south Baton Rouge that won't screw me?

how good is he? Think he'd do a custom job? looking to replace the 3speed auto in my old Cavalier with at least a 4 speed auto from a donor car.

I worked with Keith when he was at All Star before he opened his own shop. At that time he was considered one of the top technicians we had.

I can't say about the custom work whether he would do that or not.

Another vote for Keith.......hell of a guy and will likely do the custom stuff himself.

Tiger Town Transmission does great work and always been extremely honest every time I have dealt with him.

Just found out that the extended warranty that the wife purchased expires on the 14 th of this month. We'll have to find out if they want us to bring it to a specific place.
