i see to many cops speeding, and flashing their lights, just so they can get past a red light. i also see lots of cops around NOLA texting while driving and talking on the phone while driving. i wish i could give them tickets. i feel bad for the victim and his family. i hope it was an honest mistake and not just being an irresponsible driver.
