Approved in 4 months

I filed two form 1's in May, each for SBR. Check cashed May 28th. Approved and mailed back to me August 28th.
Things are looking up, at least for Form 1.

Yes that was on paper. That was before they put Form 1 back on Efile. I'll let you know how long Efile takes. I just did an Efile last month for a SB Shotgun.

Efile form 1 SBR took me a little over 40 days after filing on June 27th.

Had to check; my check was cashed for my SBR on 6-17, hopefully that time frame is still what's happening now. Now I'll be looking forward to seeing the mailman.... I will probably electronic file another one in a couple weeks.

I got my sbr stamp back today.
Filed paper on 5/2 approved on 8/29

I mailed my papers on 5-2 and got my stamp today, 9-8-14. SBR.

I mailed my suppressor papers last week, i hope the ATF gets faster. Going through the suppressor process sucks worse than the sbr process. At least with the SBR, you can build a pistol and have something to show for it. With the suppressor, you have to spend the money and not have anything for almost a year.

I keep hearing about all of the fast turnarounds on paper form 1's. My check was cashed on 6-17, approved 7-16, and when I call I am being told approval expected in March.

E filed 8/15. Got approved today 9/23.
But, the form had DRAFT across it. Emailed them. They said they will fix it.

I filed four form 4's on April 11th. Got approval papers back October 1st.

Looks like Form 1's are now running less than 30 days. I know of two that were approved under 30 days, one 22 days and the other 24 days. If only Form 4's could go as fast.
