AR-15/M4Gery Cheek Rests?

Anyone have any good suggestions for a cheek rest to use on a bog-standard M4 stock? I'm finding that if I get a good cheek weld my eye is a bit too low to get a good site picture through the irons or my red dot. The joint between the stock and the buffer tube also has a bad habit of pinching my beard and ripping hair out which is kind of annoying. I've been wrapping coban over the joint but I'm kind of wondering if there's a more permanent solution.

Using b5 and lmt sop mods on my rifles too. Also had vltor stocks which had similar rest but has the groove.

Appreciate it. Next time I make it out to a 3 gun match I'll take a look around and see what other guys are using.

Gotta shave for interviews coming up anyway so there's one problem solved, at least until February.
