Ar people, how do u remove these handguards?

Im about to start ordering the parts for my AR pistol build and I was hoping someone here could answer this question for me. How do I get this handguard off of this upper without screwing with the gas block? (lower on bottom pic)

Do these things break in half or slip over the gas block or something?

The reason I am asking is beacuse I want to put this handguard on. (top pic)

I want my pistol to look exactly like this one with the flip up sights.

Any help would be appreciated.

NVM, figured it out. Im just going to order it from CMMG. They make it the way I want it. Ill just have them remove the front sight and get the 4 rail gas block and flip up front sight which are options on the CMMG website.

I've got a CMMG 7.3 inch upper on my SBR, but I got the low profile gas block and carbine length rail. No problems with it, runs like a raped ape.

I completely understand that. Im just curious as to why Narco has Spike's logo as his avatar and didn't mention that he had any interest in getting any products from them.
