I put this together 18 months ago, never fired it, and its just collecting dust. Essential Arms lower with A2 buttstock, Eagle Arms 20" flattop upper. Has carry handle and standard milspec sling.

Dunno what an HBAR is, so I assume its not.

No idea on rifle weight, its basically identical to a standard issue A2 with the exception of detachable carry handle, weights the same imo but I haven't put it on a scale.
