Bake on finishes

Does anyone know what kind or spray can gun finishes give the same kind of semi flat finish seen on most hard anodized rails and receivers? And anyone with experience what is the best for the money?

I can't speak intellegently about various products but I can say Cera-Kote fits your requirements. I believe Gun-Kote would be another product that would meet your needs.

I'm going with Cerakote on a project I'm working on as well.

Hopefully I'll have some pics to post if I don't royally screw it up.
