    You can spray them with just a soap/water solution and they'll just fall to the ground. Wasp spray won't really harm them so don't waste your money. A bee-keeper is the best bet if you can get one to come out, thats a swarm and they can put them to good use. The farmers in the area will appreciate it.

    +1 for beekeeper. They had a swarm at the local feed store and they called a beekeeper down the road. When he heard he could have free bees he was there in a matter of minutes. It was awesome to watch him smoke them all into a box.

    I've had that happen before and they just moved on. The queen is in there, so she could be just resting. How long have they been there? By the picture it seems they are just passing through. Doesn't look like a good place to nest. They were clung like that on my tiller but were gone by same time next day.

    I agree with this. I'd give them a day to move on their own.
