I was thinking about changing out the grips on my Bersa 380 to make the gun a little more aesthetically pleasing. I like the look of the laminate grips on their website, but I'm curious about how they actually feel. I may be the only Bersa owner who actually likes the feel of the standard rubber grip. It feels really comfortable in my hand. I would hate to mess up the feel for aesthetics. Anybody out there have the laminate grips an care to weigh in?

    Dave, is that you? :)

Don't know a Dave, but apparently he's the guy I need to ask! :)

It might not be the best gun out there, but I picked it up for around $200 on an impulse buy nearly 6 years ago and I have yet to have a problem with it. No it isn't my M&P, or dare I say Glock, but I would rather put my life on a Bersa than some other brands.

Come on fellas. I know some of y'all put there aren't afraid to admit you own a Bersa. Not everyone here carries a Glock, Sig, or Kimber! :D

I bought a Bersa Thunder 380 CC a couple of months ago. I just wanted a 380 and these are NOT a S&W or anything like that, but for just having, the Bersa is OK.

I found the grips on the CC model a bit thin and looked for replacements. Only thing available was for the larger models. Not one was for the CC model. :(

I then had a friend make me some wooden grips and I like them a lot. If you have the CC model, you're outta luck! If you or someone you know are skilled with wood, you'll probably have to go a similar route as I did. Good luck. Here is my wood-clad Bersa:
