I'm kind of basic when it comes to boudin I think....I like Richard's Cajun Grillers cooked over charcoal on the Weber, lol.
Yeeeeeees!!!! I live in Lake Charles and we go there sometimes once or twice a week! But I will be completely honest here, once you pass In-Laws in Iowa the quality of boudin drops drastically…. Sorry creole people, but it just gets more weird the further east you go…. I’m a true Cajun especially with the last name of “Aucoin”!!!!In-laws, exit 43 Iowa La, smoked pepper jack.
Eeeewwwww….. Dons is absolutely horrific!!! Please go to In-Laws in Iowa. It’s just East of Lake Charles. You will thank me!!!As a La newbie there is no way i can tell you the Best place but Dons in Scott has excellent smoked Boudin and Richards meat market in Abbeville has awesome boudin balls.
How much boudin can a grown man eat before ift becomes unhealthy?
