I ordered a piece of equipment from them and they sent me a shipping notice 2 days later. The shipping notice stated it should show up on my birthday. Needless to say, they must drop ship there merch. They still don't have my piece of equipment and it's almost been a month.
Anyone have an idea of what I should ask of them?
I've already asked for a similar piece of equipment shipped at their cost and been denied, asked for overnight shipping when it gets in and been told the best they could do was 2nd day....
