    How is this typically answered?

    Do duck/waterfowl stamps qualify?

Or can a copy of a LA hunter safety course completion suffice?

    Any advise is helpful. Thanks,

How have current CR holders addressed this question?

"Are you in possession of a valid hunting license or permit lawfully issued in the U.S. ?

If you answered NO you likely cannot lawfully possess a firearm and therefore cannot be a federal firearms licensee.

If you answered YES complete the following and attach a copy of the hunting license or permit to the application.

    Hunting license/permit number
    State of Issuance
    Expiration Date, if any.
