Cases of MRE's

I have a stack of MRE's saved from hurricanes past. They are anywhere from 5 to 3 years old. They have all been dry and kept inside but not climate controlled.
I'm cleaning out the shop, so tell me what to do here. If someone wants them, you can come by and pick them up. If I need to dispose of them, somebody let me know and I'll haul them off.
