This...Starbucks Whole Bean Breakfast Blend ground fresh daily one cup at a time three times daily.

Whole beans bought from a place that roasts their own. Typically light or medium roast. Coarse ground every morning before being put in a french press. No cream, no sugar.

Made a 14 cup pot this morning, on my second big cup. Had some with a couple of slices of fresh, still warm french bread from Dorignac's I picked on the way home from mass. Mmmmm.........

Standard fare here is Community Between Roast. Always a pot. Since it looks like freezing rain and stuff out in the world this morning, making some grits and grizzards from last night's left over venison roast. Should stick with me all day!

^^^ Yep. If the wife buys, she'll get teh Between Roast. If I buy it's Dark Roast. I drink a cup at the house in the morning, 1-2 cups of Dark Roast at my old man's shop in the morning, and several cups of Between Roast through out the day at the office. I drink it straight balck and sometimes with very little sugar.
