I was gonna say that this kid apparently has never been to a frat party.

I really can't imagine how someone "forgot" him for 4 1/2 days. I really can't imagine how he wasn't banging on the door and going batshit crazy till someone came in to check on him either.

Sounds like someone really messed up here and he should be compensated, but $3.2 million after lawyer fees?? For 4 days?? Seems highly excessive. Think about people who have been held in prison for years for a crime they didn't commit and they only get $100,000....
