    Damn you people eat healthy.

Breakfast: crap followed by more breakfast crap
    Lunch: crap
Snack: crap, crap, and more crap
Dinner: if I eat anything, it's usually more crap

People often tell me I am full of crap. No surprise there.

Breakfast: A lot of coffee and Combat Protein Shake
Snack: Almonds, Pistachios, or Cliff Bar........... And more coffee
Lunch: Either leftovers from the night before or a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki from Subway (right next door to the office).
    Snack: See above
Dinner: Depends..... Weekdays is usually some kind of meat with potatoes or steamed veggies. Something that can be cooked fairly quickly. This time of year is when I start using the grill almost eveyday. On weekends it's usually something cooked in a black pot all day long in a lot of oil and put over rice.

This is for week days, weekends, I like to cook fancy. Also, I work night shift, so dinner is really breakfast

Breakfast (5:00 p.m.): A salad and a bowl of beans (I cook a big pot for the fam for all week, white pinto, red, whatever) and usually some cottage cheese

Lunch (1st break, 11:30 P.M.): Sandwich (meat, cheese, mayo) and mixed nuts

    2nd break (2:30 P.M.): a banana

    4:30 snack: An apple

5:30 before gym snack: a bowl of oatmeal

after gym, before bed: Heavy weight days, 3 egg ham and cheese or kale omelet and whole milk. Swim day or light weight day, milk and maybe cottage cheese.

weekends, well, Saturday I ate egg sandwich and loads of pancakes around 10:00 A.M., and around 7:00 P.M., I made Homemade (not from package) Wonton soup, 4 potstickers, 2 egg rolls, 1 egg foo young and a good helping of Lo Mein. Like I said, I like to cook and eat fancy on the weekends. It's my hobby, and we never eat at restaurants.

I never really plan out my meals like some of y'all. I like variety. Breakfast is always the same though- coffee, protein shake, V8. For lunch I just keep it clean and try and have under 800 calories. Supper is usually some form of chicken, veggies, and either pasta or rice. My main focus is eating clean, making sure to get protein and veggies, and keep it to around 2300 calories/day.

Well for a while after working back around home (was in south tx 4 years) breakfast was boudin balls and a dr pepper. Lunch was what was on the local plate lunch usually meatball stew, and supper was always rice and gravy. Now it's protein shake for breakfast, peanuts or pistachios for a snack, subway turkey on wheat for lunch, and supper is chicken, pork, or turkey on the foreman grill with veggies. Oh and no more soft drinks!! Felt like crap after 3-4 days with no caffeine.

Well I'm a big fat lard azz, who never was concerned with what I ate. Battled with being overweight all my life. Now I am scheduled to have Bariatric surgery in June. Been working with a dietician for the past 4 months. Counting calories and logging my food. Giving up Soda's was a major hurdle. Supplementing a protein shake for a meal has been helping.

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with cheese
Lunch: Salad with tuna fish and some type of meat (chicken, fish, beef)
Supper: Protein Shake with low fat milk
Snack: Apple, Banana, pear, some type of fruit.
