    Look or stare?

I realize we have the right to free speach, press, assembly etc... but what about the right to look. I am watching Cops and the officer was telling the guy don't look at her. And for the life of me I can't ever remember anywheres that it says we have the right to look at something. :dunno:

    Thanks

I can't think of anything in the Revised Statutes that says you can't look OR stare.

If so then I'm going to jail because of this redhead I saw friday......

He was staring at his wife who he was being arrested for abusing, and as he was being walked to the car the cop told him not to stare at his wife. If a LEO says dont look over there is it against the law to look over there?

He was also talking to her trying to influence her not to rat on him.
'Manda, don't lie. 'Manda, DON'T LIE!!

He was still trying to control her and make it seems as thou it's her fault for him being in cuffs.

Good question. What about if there's a hot young neighbor and a telescope involved?
    Telescope?

I'm assuming the guy he was talking to wasn't peering through her bedroom window at 2am, right??:nono:
