Do you do Black Friday?

The only things i am ever interested in simply are not carried at most stores here anyway, like computer parts.

Not even a local computer store carried the AMD R9 295x much less a power supply over 600w with bronze+

When i go buy black friday/cyber monday(better than friday imo) i buy stuff that i actually wouldn't be able to afford otherwise or have already been following prices on that item for 6+ months while saving up to see if it REALLY is a deal, or just a fake price drop on an inflated price.

I kind of wonder why anyone bothers actually lowering prices on black friday. Have a few loss leaders at two or three per store tops, like the $218 TVs, jack prices up 10-15% across the board and advertise them as sales. By now people are just going because there are supposed to be deals; that doesn't mean there actually have to be any deep discounts to be had.

I got conned into going one year to a Walmart- and won't go back by choice.

Until then, I had never heard a crowd of people inside a store roar like a crowd inside a football stadium. That left quite an impression- and it wasn't a good one.
