    Since he was talking about bringing a criminal case against him for alleged civil rights violation, I assumed it was just protection of evidence. Surely there is some mechanism or logic in place that says evidence can be protected until all charges are settled?

    Hey, his worked exactly as it was supposed to..

    People on here argue everyday what gun they would and wouldn't trust their lives with no real world experience. Just training. (Not directed towards mil/Leo).
    This guy had a firearm and it saved his life and he shouldn' go/trust with it again???
