    Thought you all would like to see what a couple of hours prep time and smoothing with emery cloth can do for some ugly but 100% functional guns.
    The CZ 52 was grey Czech park, the Star was worn black phosphate and the Savage 24 was rusted and mottled color case/bluing.

    Savage 24...the stock was refinished with Tru-Oil.

    I must say that I am convinced now! Very easy to apply, and although heat is NOT needed to cure, I cured these at 250F for two hours to speed the process. One 4 oz kit did these three firearms, a knife and
