Is the eForms website up and running? I got the email a while back about the new system but I heard it crashed and burned. What's the latest?

eForms Outage

ATF eForms is unavailable on Wednesdays between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time. ATF reserves the use of the eForms system during this time to allow ATF staff to process any submitted application forms without competing for the system resources with the industry members that are trying to submit new forms. ATF also uses this time to conduct any scheduled maintenance that needs to be done on the system. We apologize for any inconvenience that this procedure may cause but we believe that the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience.

Great. I've used it for a Form 1 in the past but it's been a while. SBR'd a Daniel Defense pistol. Thinking of doing a Lone Wolf Glock mag pistol lower for a 9mm build later on.

Wow, is 3 months the going rate now? Last one I did was 2 weeks. Submitted one a few weeks ago and nada so far.

2 weeks, I wish. My first one from last year was exactly 100 days. My current one is at about 60 right now.

Damn, 3 months! The NFA tracker had it at roughly ~60 days for a Form 1 using a trust. I submitted 3/5 and was hoping for early/mid May. Oh well, what's another month. Can't do anything about it but wait.

5 to 7 months is ballpark on form 4 right now from the time your account is debited.
