ATTENTION

Due to the lapse in appropriation of federal funds, the e-Forms system is temporarily suspended until further notice.



Please save your work and immediately log out of the system. The system will be shut down at 4:30. We will address all refunds and other issues when the government is back in business.

It's been shut down for me for the last two days but the website just updated to say:
