    Hmm...
This should be interesting to watch.

Mohamed Morsi to pick woman and Christian as Egypt's vice-presidents
    in Cairo guardian.co.uk, Tuesday 26 June 2012 11.52 EDT

The Muslim Brotherhood is at pains to calm fears of what an Islamist president might mean for Egypt and the region at large. Appointing both a woman and a Coptic Christian is an attempt at a show of unity, and a rule by consensus.

    Huh?

Egypt "definitely" will not be an "Islamic Republic," Deif said Monday.

That is a massive step. Really incredible if he does it. He may be a major power player in the region if he does do that. I think all sides would flock to him as a mediator.

I'm not sure which will be the bigger pleasant surprise: Him actually following through and doing it- or him managing to keep his head attached if he does!
