We are looking to add another full time employee to the shop. Hours will be Tues-Sat (Sat is a short day). Must have sales and customer service experience. Firearms knowledge is a huge plus but we can teach you what you need to know. We need someone that is dependable, on time, self motivated and looking for something long term. This position is not just for the holidays. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of the team. Pay based on experience. Please email sales@richiesoutdoors.com with a resume. Thanks for looking!

I looked for a software developer for months and the position paid up to 60k and couldn't find anybody external.

    Had to promote internally.

Still looking. It's hard to compete with unemployment and laziness.

    Good luck with your search.

I have 2 grandchildren both with AS degrees from computer college who are looking for jobs . One lives here in Franklinton with me , the other lives in Tylertown, Ms. The point is while they are looking hard for jobs no way can they travel distances with gas prices as they are ,secondly their degrees are not at least a BS or BA . They both want to go back to school but again caught in a catch 22 with no money unless they are minority . Thanks for reading my sound off.

Hope you guys find the right employees ,Good luck .

Ya, move your business to baton rouge and I'll come work for ya, ha ha.
I'd probably have to get food stamps in order to eat because I'd probably never see a paycheck but I'd have some cool toys.

That's what I thought as well.......

but you can only fill your safe up so much before you have to stop. :)

But it is a good benefit to a gun guy. :D

The reason you can't find anybody here is because we all work and have jobs already. WE are the ones that support the unemployed and lazy. Most of the ones who don't have jobs, don't have jobs for a reason and Obama has agreed to take care of them!!!

I think most of us are scared to work there! I'd go for months bringing stuff home instead of a paycheck! It'd be like an alcoholic working at a distillery!

Maybe posting a salary range would help? Most of us are probably figuring its too low to even waste your time with questions. (IE salary would have to be considerable to make it worth the commute... plus a certain amount in 'take home's' each month as a perk!)
