As long as you keep up with it week to week and set your lineup, even toward the end of the season, I don't see any prollem with noobs.

It may be a good time to mention it requires at least basic participation to be in a league, if a member neglects his team, starts injured players, or players on bye week, it may be grounds for discipline. I would expect the league could vote on what kind would be needed.
