OK guys, I have searched the online auction sites with no luck. I won a Taurus .17 HMR model 172 a while back and do not shoot the thing. I am sure there is someone in this world that would like to have it but I do not have a clue what it is worth. If anyone knows where the blue book for guns is located please let me know.

Pawn shops have a book that tells pawn value and retail value. Just take it to a pawn shop and ask if they can look it up and ask what the retail is. I know they do this because I had a transfer done at one and was listening to the transaction where someone was pawning their high pernt.

TDH, That is a good idea. I will try that with a phone call.

Speedlace, I searched that site and a couple more with no luck. The link you provided shows a pistol. I am dealing with a pump action rifle. Thanks anyway.
