The Bayou Chapter Friends of the NRA will host their annual fundraiser banquet (similar to Ducks Unlimited with games, raffles, and auctions) on March 15. There will be 20 guns sold and given away, including a Benelli Ultra-Light 12 gauge as the Gun of the Year. The event will be held at the Jefferson-Orleans North reception hall, 2600 Edenborn Ave., Metairie (between I-10 and Veterans, between Causeway and Cleary). This is a 501c3 charitable organization, with funds going to hunter education, shooting safety, competition, and law enforcement agencies in Louisiana.
