Good GPS app for droid

Anyone know of a good GPS app for droid? Something where you can plot a course for hiking? and also use long and lat?

I use Avare for flying. Gives Lat/Lon and can track direction speed etc... also works while driving. Moving Map.

You should be able to use google maps. Just select the guy walking with the stick.

Sorry but its hard to beat google maps. But a few friends and myaelf use waze a lot

Backcountry navigator pro for off-road. Works great. Bit of a learning curve.

I use trimble outdoors backpacker gps trails lite. You can set guide trails that stay up on your map at all time, topo maps, satellite imagery, and other overlays. i have tracks from every hunt I made this past season saved for future reference. Best of all, its free. I personally swear by it. Once you get it all figured out you're in good shape.
