I see a lot of surplus government equipment (cameras, computers, vehicles, FEMA trailers, unfortunately no firearms-related) being auctioned off at the GSAauctions.gov site, but most of the sales would warrant an on-site inspection. I'm in central LA and most of the Louisiana sales seem to be in New Orleans or Baton Rouge, just a little far for me to travel just to look. Possibly some of you would be interested?

Go to the left side of the screen, select "browse by location", then select "Louisiana" (or any other state you are interested in).

What? The mule? Nope. It actually gave a description of I believe a 23 year old mule, and had a picture of it. I tried to just go back and find it, but the site is down for maintenance.
