    Hey All!

I've been thinking about getting a Gun Trust set up with my brothers and just recently started researching about it.
I'm not positive about getting a Trust or LLC set up, so any advice is welcome.
A guy I work with suggested the LLC.
My brothers live in WY and TX, so would that be a problem for the trust?

    Thanks!

+1 For MouthPiece here is his info.

I charge $325 to set up a NFA Trust. I don't charge for future changes or for assistance with the state and federal forms, if needed. My contact information is below.

Thanks for the good info. I will be checking into a trust soon.

Way I look at is is spend an extra $300 save 6 months wait. $50 a month for 6 months is worth it to me to have a suppressor or machine gun faster. I'd even pay $200 everytime I bought one on top of the tax stamp to walk out with it that day.

Good info, I had already spoken with Terry. I'm in the process of filling out the paperwork and now with the electronic apps we can get this baby rolling in 3-4 months!

Ok today Terry finished up the trust and its signed, stamped, notarized and I'm ready to get canned ! I think i'm leaning toward the AAC ti-rant 45s for both my glock 21 and my 23 any other suggestions ?
