Gunshop in Houma????

I took a CCW class in Houma a few months ago. Somebody in the class was talking about a gunshop that used to be a Western Auto or a car repair shop-something along those lines. Does anybody have an idea of the name of the shop and where it might be?

It's called "Houma Auto & Guns" although the "& guns" part is written really small on the sign and usually left off of the name. It's on the corner of Honduras St. and Tunnel Blvd. just before you go into the tunnel on the west side.

good people over there, although I would call over there ahead of time to make sure there open, sometimes they don't open till about 10 o'clock cause there inventoring.

Yea, What's up with that. My parents are up at 4:00 every morning. Especially my dad, he's retired.

I remember when I worked at Lowes, there would always be a bunch of old guys waiting at the front door to get in when the store opened at 7:30. They had already had breakfast, did their shopping at the 24hour Wal-Mart and read the news paper, and now they had to wait on some punk kid to open the door so they could shop and go home to take their mid morning nap.

When ever I walked up they all looked at their watch.



Man I can't wait to be old.

I was in there today, you won't find many guns or ammo either. Their shelves are bare just like everyone else's.
