Help identifying

Since I've gotten reloading press, I've started picking up all range brass. I picked these up the other day and not sure exactly what they are. Figure they are 30-06 (appear to be the same size as 30-06 brass), but just not sure what the markings mean. Can someone help? My google search didn't

Guess I have my first shells to set aside for my Garand
