Help obtaining a value of a Ar in 9mm

Hi guys friend of mine is going through some medical issues and is looking to sell an ar chambered in 9mm.

Just trying to help him out by getting an idea on value before he lists it on gunbroker.

It's a AE (ardel Engineering) 9mm. Has a Timmeny trigger, magpul stock, magpul flip ups, rail, faux supressor Rainer arms charging handle, Eotech.

Realistically what's he looking at?
