    Generally, yes.

    The .45 LC is a longer cartridge than the Schofield.

    Think of it as a .357/.38 type of situation.

    ETA:

    The only problem you MAY encounter is that because the Schofield has a larger rim on the cartridge, you may not be able to load two
    consecutive rounds. You may have to stagger the rounds in the cylinder to allow them to fit.
