I didn't believe my buddy who told me about Baton Rouge. And this was from last year. I heard BR is number now 1 and New Orleans is now number 4. Keep it wrapped!

The nubers for BR are highly skewed. Baton Rouge has excellent research and treatment centers for HIV and AIDS, so many of those people move here for their treatment. I only know that because of a friend in high school. His mom did AIDS research, and she told us how big of a deal it was in BR.
