Alright, Sam the Cooking Guy made a hot Italian Sandwich called The Godfather in one of his videos.
Here's my take on that. I used the same meats
    ? Capocollo
    ? Prosciutto
    ?Soppressata
    ?Provolone
    ?Hot Pepper Spread
    ?Bread
and cheese but on a softer and smaller bun. I used these seeded (large)hot dog buns that Costco sells. I love those buns!

I could only find a Hot Cherry Pepper Hoagie spread so I used that and also had Central Groceries Olive salad if anyone wanted to add that.

The sandwiches made and ready to go in the oven.

I had 2. One with a little extra cherry pepper spread and one with some olive salad.

These were REALLY good! Not cheap for sandwiches as we're talking about imported meats but definitely will be doing again soon.

The buns worked perfectly without be too bready and just the right amount of meats.

Just woke up and saw the title. For some reason I saw “Hot Italian Winches”. I guess I would have clicked on it sooner or later anyway, but I’m feeling a little click baited…
