Just wondering, I've been dealing with a company that charged me for something they don't have and after asking for a refund have not compensated me. www.ar15outfitters.com is the company. NEVER do business with them.

Reporting them to the BBB accomplishes nothing . :(

True... copy and paste the e-mail addresses from any correspondence between you and them to all the gay porn sites you can find. Asking for daily updates, the pic of the day, etc. It may not work due to spam filters but you'll feel better.

I got some good info from another place. Supposedly charging for something they do not have is breaking their contract with Visa.

If you did make the purchase with your credit card, you probably have some recourse. Contact your credit card company for info. You'll probably have to file a written complaint and mail it to the claims department then wait it out. It's not fast but has worked for me.

Seriously , I have never heard of the BBB resolving an issue to the satisfaction of the complaintant . Your situation is rare . Glad it worked out for you .
