I need to ship a pistol back to the manufacturer, can I do this US Postal service and if so, what do I list as package contents? Thanks in advance for replies. :)

You can probably ship FedEx through a "FedEx Office Print and Ship" store (formerly Kinko's). You'll need to check their list of manufacturers that they will ship to, but it is relatively comprehensive.

When I had to send my Glock back for a warranty repair I first obtained an RMA from Glock. Then I wined and bitched about how much it was going to cost me to ship the weapon over night (The only way you can ship a firearm back to the manufacture) that had a factory defect. The tech agreed to send me a shipping label after a while. The local FedEx store required two copies of Glocks FFL one to go in the box and one for them to keep on file. I had Glock fax me the FFL to my house, but then had to pay .20 for the copy. The gun came back directly to me at home a few weeks latter.
