After earning my second degree from LSU, I am moving to Houston to find work. I hate moving, but have found that the more boxes available the easier it is. If anyone is sitting on a pile of containers they want hauled off or if someone stocks shelves and knows when I can come pick up shipping boxes, please let me know. Thanks to all the BS community!

Just go to any dollar store or Freds or wallgreens and ask if they have any empty boxes you can have. Most places will and most will let you have them free.

I spent the better part of a day driving around looking for boxes when we moved. A vast majority of stores crush their boxes now. Finally, we noticed Dollar General had stacks of boxes outside, and they were happy to give them to us. Might be worth a shot.

go to a grocery store and ask them to save you some boxes, and that you will come back that night to get them. I know my work will do it and take a name and number down and usually write it down in our warehouse.
