I can't decide if this is a good example of why everyone should carry a gun or no one should carry a gun?

This is why everyone should have a gun. What if that one person had a gun because he didn't care that they were banned, then no one could have stopped him.




But I think there is more to this story, it sounds like a cover up to me.... not enough details.
