When are the IDPA matches in Tangi starting up?

That is correct - October. I'll look at the flyer at work tomorrow and post if there is a definitive date for the first match.

It's usually on a Saturday Morning. I believe the first Saturday of the month. But I am not for sure so Thats why I asked. Lots of fun, Great bunch of guys. I hope my work schedule allows me to come this year.

I looked at Herb's flyer at work yesterday. Yes, it is the first Saturday of the month from October to May.

IDPA Matches at Tangi in Amite, LA

Hello fellow shooters. Tangi Practical Shooters in Amite, LA will start having it's monthly IDPA matches on the first Saturday of each month starting in October and running to the first Saturday in May. After that time IDPA stops and we start having any type of match that we decide to put on since it's a wildcard. You can keep up with our events by going to www.tpsclub.org and clicking on shooting calendar and events. Also, we have a facebook page that usually gets updated when we have events and changes.
