Would someone be as so kind as to translate the statute in other languages. This means that he is most likely providing other wrong information to his classes as well. I saw in his post that he does not teach classes for profit. Well, that ole saying is true "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"

It's ok because so long as you record the confrontation with the cops and make sure they know you don't have to identify yourself, they're powerless to detain or hassle you in any way.
