Seems like everyone is turning up with these basic bushmaster after the weekly cabelas delivery.

The inflated prices around here don't move fast. And I hope it stays that way. Best bet is to post on gun broker. It's worth whatever someone would pay for a low end AR.

Why not list it for what you have into it?

If you want to make friends on here sell it for a fair price. If you want to turn a profit look at gunbroker. If you read some of the threads regarding price gouging you will see what I mean.

Don't let these guys rip you off.

I'll give you $600 for it and that's more than a fair price. I'm taking a risk too because as soon as that bill is passed it will be a felony to own one.

Just like the guy trying to sell the $1k UTS shotgun for $1600.

that actually isnt that bad... I mean. It is kinda hard to find/uncommon shotgun.

My biggest gripe comes back to a $500-700 AR magically now being worth $2000.

"NIB Bushwacker m16 assualt weapon For Sale" "Cant keep it around. good shape. Comes with 2 new metal PMAG clips $2200" :squint:

and ammo... $1/rnd can eat a...

still. order online and ship and deal with FFL. Some people are uncomfortable doing that. Its not soemthing youcan walk into most stores and find. Like my dad freaking out a few years back and getting everything 5.7. He got a "good deal" at a "local store" and got ripped for $1250 on a $950 all day long 5.7 pistol.

I get what you are saying but I also agree with a free market. Just doesnt mean the free market can't **** me off.

Yea, but a couple small, small, small dealers said they had trouble and much delays in getting them initially, which meant those that /did/ have them could get a lot of money through a shortage. Supply and Demand... Supply was in short supply.

It seems to be the last few weeks only that they've been more common, which means supply is catching up with demand... prices will normalize soon I'm sure. It's like when the Kel Tec KSG first came out. People were paying $2k for a shotgun with an initial estimated MSRP of like $650.
