On the surface I don't see why the guy has a problem, but then this is the news story.
Someone acted toward him in what he believed was a threating manner, he showed his gun...did he point ?...or threaten ?...or just " display " ??
A holstered gun is not a threat, it is not disturbing the peace, it is not an assault...IDK, on the surface it looks like it's who you show it too, like in some sex assault cases I guess.
If you shake it at a whore it's one thing and at a policewoman undercover ...quite another. Selective enforcement ...
