My wife and I eat at the Highland Road or Prairieville locations regularly. We happened to go to the O'neal location about a year ago and within 30 minutes of us leaving, someone hit my bank card for $150. Coincidence? I think not. Fortunately, CapitalOne treats my bank card like a credit card and they stopped the purchase and refunded my money immediately.

Well, I consider you "in the know" so I trust your word on it. I probably won't eat at Las Palmas for a long time. This plus their par-level food is a good reason.
