iphone 4 wont sync

When I go to sync it a warning comes up saying "Iphone can not be synced, An unknown error occured (13019)"

any suggestions?

I know its a common problem that hasnt really been fixed yet, something to do with the newest version of itunes.

You need to reinstall the USB drivers for the phone, manually. I'm looking for the easiest way to post, as I don't think you could follow my rambling.

Happened with my 3GS, but I manually installed the drivers and all is well now. What OS you running?

My iPhone is os4 and my pc is windows 7

fixed it! All i had to do was open itunes and click on the iphone under devices. Then On the top where it has Apps, Ringtones, music, etc. i went to music and unclicked sync music then I synced it and it worked. After that I reselected sycn music and all my music was put back on my iphone.

My work phone is a Blackberry, and it was acting weird a couple weeks ago. I had to call AT&T about something else, so I asked about the blackberry too.

The lady said it might be acting up because it is a couple of years old. I told her I have guns that are 75 years old and still work exactly the same as they did the day they were made. I think it scared her.
